- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods if you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, and we will have appropriate arrangement for you. We will usually exchange any defective merchandise for the same model.
- If the returned item is not faulty, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Please allow 3 working days for us to process your return.
