Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Major credit cards through Paypal, Bank Deposit and Australia Post Money Order. All informations will be displayed when you check out your order.

What are our shipping charges?

Free within Australia. AU$10 for all international mails. (retail only)

Can I pick up the items?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we have no pick up service for our local buyer.

Will i be charged a customs fee?

Duties and taxes may apply if you are located outside Australia.

How do i know when my order has been posted?

You'll automatically be notified via email.

How long it takes to receive my order?

Usually 2-6 working days within Australia and 1-4 weeks outside Australia.

What should I do if the item is damaged in shipping?

Please contact us asap, we will solve it appropreciately.

What if my skin is sensitive to the jewellery?

We accepts no liability for any injury or infection as a result of using our products. Please make sure your skin is not sensitive to metal.
