About Wholesale

All wholesale customers please read this before you place order

Step 1:  Please register yourself as a "wholesale customer". We will activate your membership within 24 hours. An email will be sent to you when your account is activated.

Step 2:  Please relog when your wholesale account is activated, you should be able see all our wholesale price now!

Step 3:  Our minimal wholesale order is $100, please enjoy shopping.

Step 4:  Please check out your order when you finish shopping. Unfortunately we don't provide free shipping for whole orders, a $15 postage will be charged for Australian buyers and $25 postage for international buyers. Wholesale orders will be posted by Registered Mail (Australia) and Air mail (international). If you need us to post them by other mail services please contact us asap.

Q & A:

Is GST included? 
-- YES, an invoice will be sent with the goods.

What happens if you receive fault item? 
-- We will send replacement to you if the item is damaged when you receive it. Actually that doesn't happen often because their quality are VERY GOOD.
