All wholesale customers please read this before you place order

Step 1:  Please register yourself as a "wholesale customer". We will activate your membership within 24 hours. An email will be sent to you when your account is activated.

Step 2:  Please relog when your wholesale account is activated, you should be able see all our wholesale price by then.

Step 3:  Shopping! Our minimal wholesale order is $100, please enjoy shopping.

Step 4:  Check out your order after you finish shopping. Free postage if your mailing address is in Australia. AU$25 will be charged for all international orders. Wholesale orders will be posted by Registered Mail (Australia) and Insured Air mail (international). If you need us to post them by other mail services such as EMS/DHL please contact us for a quote.

Do I get FREE POSTAGE?
--Yes, as long as your items are shipped to an Australian address. $25 postage will be charged for all international orders.

Is GST included? 
-- YES, an invoice will be sent with the goods. (International buyers please contact us immidiately after you pay if you do NOT want invoice in the mail.)

When can I get my order after I pay?
-- We will post your item within 2 business days after your payment is cleared, it normally takes less than 1 week in transit (2-4 weeks for international orders)

What happens if you receive fault item? 
-- We will send replacement to you if the item is damaged when you receive it.
